Le Parfum des Roses

Are you ready for something different?! This was my last card that I made this week and I’m skipping out for the weekend too so unfortunately no more coloring until next week. But with the card marathon I just endured I’m actually looking forward to a small break. LOL

This little cute is Le Parfum des Roses by Little Miss Muffet Stamps and is one ofthe first rubber stamps I released too. 😀 I had fun coloring this gal’s dress and even took the large stripe pattern from the decorative paper and used it on the lower layers. I wasn’t sure if it would work out but now that I see it finished I think it looks ok.

If I can say, this image is my favorite from the Petites Dames theme although they are all fun to color! I had fun putting this card together and it was nice to only have to make one of something. If you can beleive it was difficult – I shifted and moved around so many peices that I’m surpised I finished. LOL

I hope you’ve enjoyed it and have a great weekend! Although, words of wisdom to part with… don’t drop andy droplets of Copic refill ink on your laptop because it doesn’t come off! He he he

Verity Vamp and Boris the Bat

Welcome to the Simply B Stamp Blog Hop where we’re here to celebrate the release of the Spunky Spooks! You should have arrived here from the fantastic ALISON! However, if you’ve gotten lost along the way then start back at the SBS Blog.

Today we’re featuring Verity Vamp and Boris the Bat which almost completes the gifst set I’mve created. 😀 However, if you’ve been counting and following along with the release then you know there is still one missing. LOL (But that one I’m saving for a little mid-month inspiration.)

We hope you’ve enjoyed the previews this week for this Spunky Spooks release and thanks for dropping by! 😀 Your next stop on the hop is the awesome LELIA!

Marcy Mummy and Moses

Are you ready for another Spunky Spooks from Simply B Stamps? Today you get to meet another character but the best news is you can get these all NOW! That’s right, they were all released in the store yesterday as an extra surprise!! But don’t miss out on the previews for today and blog hop tomorrow – and for all the details make sure you visit the SBS Blog.

Today we’re featuring Marcy Mummy and Moses which is her cute little scorpion friend. So if you want to travel to the mysterious and wonderful world that is Egypt, land of the pharaohs and pyramids then this is the gal for you. 😀

I hope you saw the Follower’s Blog Candy at the top – you don’t want to miss out on that. 😀 Thanks for stopping by and have fun creating today!

Taylor

Welcome back! It’s another challenge day at Little Miss Muffet Stamps and this time our theme is super simple… Spring Colors (Pastels)! Anyone can play but IF you use a LMM stamp then you can submit “anything goes” and submit as many LMM projects you’d like to create. 😀 So head on over and check out the design team’s project then create away!

For my project I used Taylor from Little Miss Muffet Stamps and created a small tag. I used some new paper and ribbon then put it all together with lace and felt clouds. 😀 I even dug into my forgotten button box to added some colorful embellishments.

It’s been a busy week and I hope you’ve been enjoying all the extra posts. I have so many that I’m set clear until the end of May! But lucky for you, I’m going to bunch them up and post them in sets. That way I’ll have plenty of other excuses to color and make even more! LOL Make sure you enter your name into the Follower’s blog candy and don’t miss out on the DT projects over at the LMMS Challenge blog. Thanks for stopping by! 😀

I’d like to enter this into the following challenges:

So Artful Challenges – Spring (green, blue, pink)
Crafty Catz Weekly Challenge #126 – Use a digi
Make it Monday Linking Party #83 – Anything Goes
Joyful Stamper Inspire Me Fridays – Anything Goes
Stampin’ For the Weekend Challenge #6 – Anything Goes

Lucy Lycan and Lex

It’s Wednesday – can you believe it? Yesterday felt like Wednesday all day so for me it’s like getting an extra day in my week. 😀 So welcome back to my Wednesday and this time I have a new image to show off! It’s part of the Spunky Spooks from Simply B Stamps! Don’t forget to visit the SBS Blog for a chance to win these fun images!

This image is Lucy Lycan and Lex and she’d be perfect for all sorts of occasions! I just ador little Lex and this that’s one adorable fox – might have to make a card with just him on it. 😀 All the other elements on the card are the same as before and in hind sight I should have put more images on the right side – you know, mix it up. I think this is the only one on the right! Alas, I don’t think anyone will notice – at least, anyone else! LOL

Don’t forget to come by later on this evening as I have another post scheduled. Thanks for visiting and hope your mid-week hasn’t been a hump. Ciao!

Creepin’ Crew

Check this out… another gift set of cards and this one was super easy! These are the Creepin’ Creeper Crew Collection 1 from The Greeting Farm – who has generously sponsored my next The Paper Project test so you can start getting excited about that coming soon! In fact, I have two tests that I will be posting this month. 😀 But shhhhh…. it’s a secret. LOL

This gift set actually uses the packaging that came with the Creepin’ stamp set. I was just about to toss it when I just couldn’t let go and decided it would be perfect to use on cards! So I got out my die cutters and found an oval size that fit most of them perfectly. There were a few that I didn’t have enough space but I cut a second shape of the same size to layer behind it. You can see it mostly in the sentiments but as far as the receiver will go – they’ll probably think it was a “creative” moment. 😀 Here’s the gang…

I can’t wait to get these colored up and perhaps even create another gift set. I know, I know, so many gift sets! But I can’t tell you how many times I needed a quick gift here or there and this year I’m determined to stock up! 😀

Thanks for stopping by and for all your lovely comments too! Hope this has inspired you and have a great mid-week!

Update: Since this is an older post but it fits perfectly into the current TGF challenge, I’ve entered this into the Farm Fresh Friday Challenge expecting no recognition and entered it “just for fun” (JFF) to share my ideas.
