Welcome back to another post featuring Polka Dot Pals Fern and Polka Dot Pals Faces. This was one of the images I colored Live on Facebook and I’m here to show off the final result. I created the card using a bunch of different dies but also the Party Animal Balloons to bring the color out from the center. Those balloons really love to party!!
