Sometimes dithering can happen when printing digital stamps that have been resized. Dithering shows up as patterns of tiny dots in the white areas and is usually an undesirable result. If this happens then here are a couple options: Try printing from a different program – for example, MS Word will dither more often than an Paint Shop Pro or Adobe Illustrator. If an imaging program isn’t avaible, then changing the page size versus the image itself might help.
