Did you know? In 1910 the U.S. Supreme Court settled a long dispute between the states of Maryland and West Virginia over the states’ true borders. The court’s decision was based on a stone set in a river from 1746 and a new survey team was directed to place granite slabs every half-mile to mark the new boundaries.

Story of Me

The challenge is to create a card or project based on the sketch provided. I think kids need all the encouragement they can get to read so this was a must-have stamp for me! The second challenge is the theme “favorite things” which was easy… reading.

Hanna, Ellie, Linc

The challenge is to create a card or project based on the inspirational photo provided. I choose to focus on the element of three shown by the pictures on the wall and also I kept a boy theme. The other challenge was to use diecuts.

This would be fun hanging on a door or wall of a kids room. I made this decoration using three cute digital stamps from InStyle Stamps: Hanna, Ellie and Linc, which will be released this August 20.

Lou Celebrating Monkey

The challenge is to create a door hanger using a Whiff of Joy stamp. I thought it would be fun to use Lou hanging around since it would later be hanging on someone’s door.

Here’s the door hanger full of chocolate goodies ready to be left on a door. It’s hard to see in picture, but there is a diagonal cut out from the circle on the left side that allows it to be slipped over the door knob.

Did you know? Mill End Park, the smallest park in the word, was created on St. Patrick’s Day in 1948 as “the only leprechaun colony west of Ireland.” The park is a circle 2 ft (0.61 m) across and is the home of Patrick O’Toole, head leprechaun.

Anya Sassenach & Miss Anya Autumn

The challenge is to create a card or project by mixing up the TGF images and pairing up an adorable face with a different body. I used Anya Sassenach’s cute dress and paired it with Miss Anya Autumn’s face and hair. It took some resizing to get the proportions right and I also had to shorted Miss Anya’s hair. But I think she turned out cute and added a tiara of pearls. The second challenge is anything goes.
