Betty Bolts and Baxter

I wanted to share a Spunky Spooks card I had made for the new releases two weeks ago but save it until today. I have so many posts to put up that I’m always tempted to do three or four every day – what do you think? That would be busy! He he he Anyway, here’s the last card in that Halloween gift set…

The image I used is Betty Bolts and Baxter from Simply B Stamps. The card details are the same as the ones before and it follows the same layout too. The pumpkin and caution stickers are Halloween Border Stickers from K&Company that I’ve cut up. Oh, and the ghost too is also from a border sticker.

Thanks for dropping by even if it was for an out of season project. LOL But just a heads up, Simply B Stamps is having a DT Call for the Challenge blog! Click HERE to check out all the details on the new blog Simply Challenged Challenges!

Hatty Birthday

Welcome back! Today I have a couple cards I’m going to show off and I’ll start the morning with a few “Hatty Birthday” ones from Little Miss Muffet Stamps! It’s also a reminder that there are 18 digital stamps retiring today and it’s your last chance to get them before I take them down… you have until tonight at 8:00pm Central US Time!

But don’t worry about these cuties being gone forever… that selection of Hatters and Sugar ‘n Spice Dolls are now available in rubber! Just click HERE to see the entire selection of rubber stamps. 😀

Now, I have a little bit of inspiration to share using the Hatters rubber stamps! There are eight cards all together but four of them are shown here and the other four are on the LMMS Challenge & Release Blog. In case you’re wondering, the “Hatty Birthday” sentiment if a freebie I include for you when you purchase any of the Hatters in rubber!

Thanks for stopping by and for being a part of our previews for the new releases! I hope you’ve been inspired to color or craft something today and have a great weekend! *Hugs

Sugar ‘n Spice Dolls

Welcome back! It’s the third day for previews from Little Miss Muffet Stamps and I have a whole new set of Sugar ‘n Spice Dolls for you!! Be sure to head on over to the LMM Blog for the design team’s inspiration and for a chance to win two rubber stamps for yourself! This one will be a quick post, but don’t worry, I’ve got lots of pictures for ya. 😀

Like yesterday’s projects, these cards were created at the same time so I had fun coloring all Sugar ‘n Spice Dolls at the same time! 😀 The paper I used are from Jillibean Soup called Southern Chicken Dumpling Soup; and the fence is a Magnolia die.

Now it’s time to meet the Sugar ‘n Spice Dolls…

Thanks for dropping by and I hope you’ve enjoyed this next set of cards. If you have a favorite, I’d love to hear about it. 😀

Sugar ‘n Spice Dolls

Here it is!! Are you ready for the second day of previews from Little Miss Muffet Stamps AND a long post for inspiration?! But before we get onto to that, make sure you check out the LMM Blog and see if you were the winner from yesterday – plus you can leave your comment for a chance to win 2 new rubber stamps!

Today the design team is showing off projects using six of the new Sugar ‘n Spice Dolls in rubber stamps and – you guessed it – I made another gift set! 😀 This one features papers by Jillibean Soup called Southern Chicken Dumpling Soup and it was perfect for our Spring Colors Challenge that is currently going on. (And perfect for the season too!)

For these cards, I used the basic same layout and used the Nestabilities dies to help – the mini scalloped ovals for the center. Then I used my new Magnolia fence die that I ordered (well, new for me) and added it as a horizontal element. Finally a few flowers from Recollections and some miscellaneous gems finish it off.

While I was at the scrapbook store buying this paper, I also grabbed a 12×12 version of one that had a bunch of labels on it. So some of those were cut out and after distressing the edges a little I used them in with the mix. I think the cards that have them are more of my favorite – but I’m allowed to have favorites, right?! LOL

As for a favorite in the stamps for today I’m not sure I have a favorite – each of them represent something about my daughters at one time or another and give me a satisfied smile when I look at them. That’s what also makes these so fun to color! I was thinking on coloring up a bunch more and using them in my scrapbook pages as they would be perfect for my Little Miss Muffets! 😀

Speaking of the girls, today is a huge day for them as they’re excited to run in the school marathon! All the grade run around the block, which is about 0.9 of a mile, and the school makes a big deal of it. The weather isn’t too bad either so I’m hoping it will be a lovely outdoor activity. Wish them luck!

I thinks that’s all my words for today! LOL You’ve met all the dolls for today … Vanilla, Paprika, Rosemary, Sugar, Cocoa and Pepper. Plus the Sugar ‘n Spice Sentiments are also available but sadly I don’t have a card for today… you’ll just have to check out this older post HERE and hopefully that count. LOL

Thanks for stopping by and checking out my creations! (Even if I was late in posting – but isn’t da’ boss allowed?! LOL) So do you have a favorite Sugar ‘n Spice Doll from today?

Hatters Release

It’s new releases this week at Little Miss Muffet Stamps and we have a bunch to show you!! Today we’re featuring the new Hatters available in rubber and the much desired Hatter Hat Stands too! Check out what the design team has created for you at the LMM Blog – also you want to head on over there and check to see if your a winner!

This project above uses the an image from each the Hatter Hat Stands and Hatter Hats Combo C
from Little Miss Muffet Stamps. But below you’ll see that I used all the other new Hatter stamps and created another gift set. (Plus the other two posted earlier this week.)

These gift sets have been fabulous to make and really puts all the focus on the coloring portion of the crafting which is my favorite part! Then I can use the same papers, layout and tools to create 6-8 cards at once – so they really come together quickly. Plus it’s nice to have a couple handy for when last minute birthday or teacher gifts are needed. 😀

Now that all of these images are available in rubber, the digi version will be retiring. So if you’re a digi fan, be sure to head on over to the store and pick them up before they’re discontinued! You’ll have until this Sunday, April 15 at 8:00pm Central US Time before they’re no longer available.

This last card features Eleanor May Hatter and you can have a chance to win it the rubber version!! It’s easy too – just visit the LMM Challenge & Release Blog and leave a comment! Once lucky winner will be drawn and announced tomorrow. We’ll have prizes for each preview day too – so be sure to check back each day!

I’m so excited about these rubber stamps that and I hope you are too! They’re all available now and shipping is available worldwide! Thanks for stopping by and make sure you come back tomorrow. 😀

Tweet Kaylee & Spring Pup

It’s been a while since I’ve done a full scene card and the new releases at Some Odd Girl gave me a little inspiration! Plus getting the whole card colored sure makes putting it together a cinch! LOL Here’s what I made…

The images I used are Tweet Kaylee and Spring Pup from Some Odd Girl (both new releases for this week) and I’ve combined them with Open Window, Pebblestone Patch and bricks from Paris Building Elements by Make it Crafty. As embellishments, I also used Mini Dragonflies chippes from Make it Crafty.

I colored Spring Pup to mostly look like my dog. My dog is probably a mutt but mainly has pinscher markings with a little white on the chest. She’s a tiny dog and super friendly so not really the scary kind of pinscher. LOL She was adopted last year so who knows what her background story is.

Tweet Kaylee fit perfectly in the window and it looks like she is leaning out to say good morning to the little bird. Reminded me a little of Snow White so I had to color her heir black with a little bit of a turquoise twist.

Thanks for dropping by and make sure you check out all the other awesome creations by the DT over on the SOG Blog! They’re fantastic! 😀
