Fancy Sunbonnet Patriotic Flag – Switzerland

The challenge at Little Miss Muffet Challenges this round is about making your project small, as small as an artist trading card (ATC) or even smaller.  This is the perfect opportunity to pull out my ATC Journal!  For this project I’ve used Fancy Sunbonnet Patriotic Flag (with a blank flag) and the new Marine Creek Door Metal Die from Little Miss Muffet Stamps.

The flag on this image is actually blank and can be colored any way.  I’m going to be fortunate enough to go to Switzerland this year so I’ve gone for the red and white.  😀  Behind her is the new metal die door at LMMS which can be configured several ways.

Thanks for dropping by and I hope you’ll play along with us this challenge!

Surfer Dad

Cowabunga, dude! Signing on today to post a dude card celebrating someone’s birthday.  Guy cards are rare because I enjoy coloring the frilly girlie images so much.  😀  But when this one came around, I knew I wanted to color that ironing board with something bright!  This was an image that Zoe gave out as a freebie in her Make it Crafty Newsletter – thank you Zoe!  Check out… Surfer Dad.

Thanks for dropping by and hope you have a wonderful week!

Sugar ‘n Spice Dolls Howdy

We have a new challenge here at Little Miss Muffet Challenges and this one has an opened theme that lends well to many cards that are created this time of year – whether it’s Halloween, Thanksgiving, Birthdays, Winter or even Summer!!  The challenge theme is “Anything Goes*” but we have a small twist for this round.  If you noticed the asterisks then you’re a lap ahead – the special twist is we want to see products using my favorite stamps!

ANYTHING GOES
*Using an image from any of these brands as the main focus of your project:

Little Miss Muffet Stamps
Pollycraft
Bugaboo
Make it Crafty
Wee Stamps
Roberto’s Rascals

Of course, it’s easy to see what my favorite stamps are when you look in Little Miss Muffet Stamps – cuz they’re all their!    I also like the fact that it’s any Anything Goes because now I can share one of my saved projects and join in on the fun.

For my project today, I’m sharing a page in my traveling journal.  I used an actual Texas map for the background then added my sentiment and two darling Wranglers to adorn the page.  The images I used are Sugar ‘n Spice Dolls Dill as Jesse James and Sugar ‘n Spice Dolls Sage as Annie Oakley.

Thanks for dropping by and now I’ll sign off with a big
Howdy from Texas and ya’ll come back now ya hear!

I Love You Slow Much

Sharing is caring and thinking about sharing this project lifts me up a bit. It’s like getting a little hug from y’all.  ♡  the stamp I used is I Love You Slow Much which is a Wee Stamp rubber stamp from Whimsy and also one that is available in my shope at Little Miss Muffet Stamps.  I love how cuddly this hug is.

I stamped it in gray and colored it in Copic markers to match the papers.  I also used paint to color the chipboard from Make it Crafty.  Then I used embellishment I had at hand to finish the card.

Thanks for dropping by and have a wonderful weekend!
