Here’s my second project for the release this month show casing the Ice Cream Penguin. I’ve had some rainbow paper hanging around my desk that I has been begging to be used. I tried it on a previous project but it didn’t work out so well. But I tried it again and it became the basis of my color choices. Anyone want some rainbow sherbet?

The green paper is also Whimsy Stamp paper and then I used the new Mermaid Scales stencil on it with Distress Ink. Then I drew a few of the lines with a green marker near the bottom of the page.
