Book in Hand

Here’s the girl that I previewed in the FB group and she’s all finished on a card.  It’s been a while since I’ve done paper piecing and I like how it turned out on her clothes.  This is Book in Hand by My Favorite Things and Puppy Additions from Little Miss Muffet Stamps. 

I’m a sucker for almost any stamp that features a girl and a book so this one was no exception.  I used Creative Color Placement to give her some bright eyes.  The placement of the original eyes would have been funny so I used those dots as a marker for the outside of the eye.  They blinded in nicely with the eyelashes so it worked out.
