Marlene

The challenge is to create a card or project based on the inspirational sketch provided. I’m restricted to taking picture during the day… so does anyone have any picture lighting suggestions for night time shots? 😀

The challenge is to create a card or project using ribbon and or bows. I used the monkey from The Greeting Farm Wild Things set and modified it a little to “chuck” up the tail. The ribbon lion was found at a craft store but would be easy to make if you’ve created ribbon flowers before.

Wild Sprouts Dressy Joyce

Welcome back for my final post of the day and Congratulations to The Greeting Farm’s 2-Year Anniversary Blog Hop! There are lots of prizes, a live chat on their PCP page tonight and an exclusive birthday digi for sale!

This card was created using the digital stamp Dressy Joyce from The Greeting Farm and is part of their Wild Sprouts line. These stamps are so fun to color and lend well to a variety of occasions! The flowers are made of felted wool and add great texture to the card.

Did you know? The Pied Oystercatcher is a wading bird native to Australia and commonly found on its coastline. However, it’s name is something of a misnomer because they rarely eat oysters.

Me and My Cat

The challenge is to create a card or project based on the sketch provided and use a Lili of the Valley Stamp or Diecut Image. I used a precolored diecut image and sent it through the press to give it a fun shape and added the sentiment.

Here’s another card sample gone bad, but this time on the coloring. I had used Gina K. Pure Luxury cardstock and over saturated the face and hair which resulted in streaks and blotches. It wouldn’t be something I’d send in the mail so I swapped out the image for something else.
