Hope & Grace

I made this card using Hope & Grace from The Greeting Farm. The challenge is to create a card or project using some of their older stamps. I don’t see Hope & Grace around very often so I though this would be a good reunion. I made the flower from felt wool and cut out three size circles, clipped the edges and bunched it together.

Did you know? Without ultrasound or other special tools, determining if a sheep is pregnant is difficult because ewes only begin to visibly show a pregnancy. However, by fitting a ram with a chest harness called a marking harness that holds a special crayon (or raddle), ewes that have been mounted are marked with a color.

Handy Ian

I made this card using Handy Ian from The Greeting Farm. The challenge is to CASE the card or project provided and the other challenge used is a birthday theme. Although it’s a great card for my Dad, it did not pass the “Yah, it’s a boy card” challenge from my husband. The verdict? “It made me go ‘Ah, that’s cute.'” But I used it for a masculine challenge anyway.

Did you know? The Norcon pillbox is a type of hardened field fortification built in Britain during the invasion crisis of 1940-1941. It was a small circular pillbox named after the company that manufactured it as a private commercial venture. It was regarded as “possibly the most dangerous, cheap and nasty of all pillbox designs”. Twenty-seven pillbox sites are recorded in the Defense of Britain database.

Flirty Anya

I made this card using Flirty Anya from The Greeting Farm. The challenge is to CASE the card provided by Club Anya and Friend’s return to Monday Mania. The card chosen just so happened to be my Mom’s card from Grandma’s Pearl! I didn’t intentionally choose the same Anya stamp but it spoke to me the most. So instead of using flower, I used buttons to change it a bit.

I made this card using two Wild Sprout images from The Greeting Farm, Hugh and Reeta. The challenge is to create a card or project featuring a TGF couple. The record player was included in the paper stack I used and I cut it down to fit; the title is “So Very Lucky”!
