Mamma Whale

It’s another challenge at Lollipop Crafts and this week the challenge is to use embossing, either dry or wet. I made this card using Mamma Whale by Meljen’s Designs and the embossing can be found on the whales! I used a script dry embossing folder and embossed the image after I colored it.

Did you know? White chocolate is a confection based on sugar, milk, and fat (either cocoa butter or vegetable oils) without the cocoa solids. Some consider white chocolate not to even be chocolate, because of the lack of cocoa solids. The US FDA standard of identity of labeling for white chocolate states it must contain a minimum of 20% cocoa butter, a minimum of 14% of total milk solids, a minimum of 3.5% milkfat, and a maximum of 55% nutritive carbohydrate sweeteners.

Did you know? A bazaar is a permanent merchandising area, marketplace, or street of shops where goods and services are exchanged or sold. In some areas, the term can be used as a synonym for a “rummage sale”, to describe charity fundraising events held by churches or other community organizations.

Dragon’s Little Friend

I made this card using Dragon’s Little Friend by Meljen’s Designs. I thought it was so cute that I decided to make a simple card and draw the attention to the image. The challenge is to create a card or project with a baby theme and this card is specifically for a baby boy. I loved adding glitter after I colored this little guy.

Did you know? Texas is the second-largest U.S. state by both area and population, and the largest state in the contiguous United States. The name, meaning “friends” or “allies” in Caddo, was applied by the Spanish to the Caddo themselves and to the region of their settlement in East Texas.

Tutu Sweet

I made this card using Tutu Sweet from Meljen’s Designs. The challenges are to create a card or project using pretty pearls and autumn colors. The background makes it hard to see but yep, there are pearls on there.
