It’s “Day 5” of this Advent Calendar and I hope you are enjoying the festive inspiration. Here’s another project I created using the Merry & Bright Ornament Kit from Queen and Company. I didn’t add a sentiment to this card and just keep the focus on the ornament – but I think it also creates a focus on the snowman too. The decorative paper and sprinkles work well together.

Polymer Fruit
It’s day 4 on this Advent Calendar and instead of a card, I have some Polymer fruit to share. I made these tiny pieces from oven clay that I baked then glazed and drew faces on. The peas are a bit oversized but it is the odd ball in this crowd anyway since it’s a vegetable instead of a fruit. For size reference, the orange is 1/5 inches wide (about 13 millimeters). Yep, their tiny.
Merry & Bright Ornament Kit
Here’s another card I’ve made using the Merry & Bright Ornament Kit from Queen and Company and is also one of the layout ideas from the kit (shown in their shop). I changed a few things to match up with what I had but it turned out just as well, I think.
Clover New Beginnings
You’ve opened the 2nd “door” of this Advent calendar. I hope to have something every day. 😀 This is Clover New Beginnings from Little Miss Muffet Stamps. I had colored this one once before but did it all in pink so this time I thought I’d go for blues. Then I added a little red for a pop of bold color.
Merry & Bright Ornament Kit
This is the month for Queen and Company as I purchased the Merry & Bright Ornament Kit and have created over a dozen cards so far. It’s been fun to make these easy shaker cards. This one is on a single layer cardstock base but I wish I had doubled the layers as the top has started to warp. Alas, it’ll still bring a smile to someone.
Merry & Bright Ornament Kit
I’m diving into an Advent Calendar on my blog. Yikes! However, I already have half the cards done so we’ll see how the rest of the month goes… and it’s not 30 days that I need to fill but just 25. Phew! Wish me luck.
Here’s a pre-advent card that I’m sharing using the Merry & Bright Ornament Kit from Queen and Company. The layout and colors are from their blog.
