Jr. Hatters Starlight

This is the original artwork for Jr. Hatters Starlight from LMMS, which I colored with my Copic markers.  I was a little more patient with this one and took my time with the hair and other areas to build up the layers.  I just had to wait for the markers to dry before added the next layer.  But I think I turned out well and I used her on a card.  Enjoy!

LMMS Guest DT Call

There’s a Guest DT Call going on at Little Miss Muffet Stamps.  I’m looking for enthusiastic crafters who would like to join the team for six months.  Email me or Melissa to apply and/or to let us know of any questions you have.  Basically you would create a project a week, comment, and in general promote Little Miss Muffet Stamps.  I have a great team and would love to meet some new peeps too.  😀

Rhylie

I was able to get Rhylie onto a card right away and took photos of it today.  The sketch was inspired by Alice’s monster card.  She has a great style and I love the simplicity of her designs.

Rhylie is my character I created to use with the Mouse Guard RPG.  She’s just a tenderpaw but she has some attitude to go with it.  He he he

Jr. Hatter Twinkle

I was able to color up another one of the star images this evening and came up with this project.  Some new paper also helped me to get inspired.  This is Jr. Hatter Twinkle from Little Miss Muffet Stamps.  I originally thought of pastel colors but the red, white and blue combo looked fun too.  What do you think?

Polka Dot Pals Starbright

Here’s a quick project I created using the original artwork for Polka Dot Pals Starbright and the Star and Moon Background stamps from Little Miss Muffet Stamps.  The paper was just scrap so I had to color quickly but enjoyed adding a bunch of colors.  The background was created using with a blue felt tip marker and just some doodling.

You can only tell on the side view, but the smiley star and girl were added with foam dots. Then I added some glitter glue and highlights with a white gel pen.  Shine bright!

Cupcake Surprise

I made something – surprise!  Well that’s not really the surprise.  The surprise is just part of the name of the stamp I used, which is Cupcake Surprise by Little Miss Muffet Stamps.

I had the misfortune of another meeting with the school district but this time I came with something calming to work on.  I snatched a page from my scrap-dictionary and some colored pencils.  This is the stamp I used and then enjoyed a little color time while I waited.  Here’s the project I made with it.  Enjoy and have a great weekend!
