I received a Woolbuddy Succulant Felting kit for Christmas and started working on it right away. With all the photo inspiration by this company, I ended up creating these two buddies and planted them together. I think they could be considered Venus flytraps or perhaps a pair of signing monsters. I don’t really know but I think they turned out cute.
For those who don’t know about felting, it starts with a fluff of wool. Then using a specialized needle that has barbs on it, the fluff gets poked and stabbed until it because knotted together and intertwined to create firm shapes.
