I wanted to share another project I made with Splash. With all the lines in the waves, I wanted to see what it would look like to color each one with a darker gradient of blue. I messed up a few areas but was able to cover it with the sailboat. I then stamped a few of the accessory stamps and the sentiment to complete this little note card.

These are the Copic markers I used on Splash:
E07, 08, 09
Y32, YR23, 24, 27
W5, 7, 9
C1, 4
B01, 02, 04, 16, 24, 45, 97, 37, C3, 5

Pick Me Up Truck

I’ve used the Pick Me Up Truck again this week and merged it with the Texas filler instead of the Watermelons. Then I paired it up with the Dream sentiment which is a Make it Crafty chipboard embellishment. This will make a great card in my stash and will probably be used up quickly. 😀

These are the Copic markers I used on Pick Me Up Truck:
B45, 37
B60, 63, 66
R05, 12
YG01, 23, 17, 67
C1, 3
T3, 5, 7
YR30, Y21
E35, 37

This is Beaver which is a DoveArt for Whimsy rubber stamp. In the background I used the Farmhouse Shiplap Background from a previous project that I deconstructed and recycled. I normally don’t do that but I couldn’t resit pairing it up with the Beaver.  The leaves are Make it Crafty chipboard embellishments and colored them green and helped enhance the outdoor woodsy theme.

These are the Copic markers I used on the Beaver and Leaves:
B00, BG10
YG01, 23, 63
E49, 47, 44, 35, 21
C1, 3, 5
E21, 35, 44
This and other Whimsy stamps can be found at Little Miss Muffet Stamps.

Ice Cream Penguin

Here’s my second project for the release this month show casing the Ice Cream Penguin. I’ve had some rainbow paper hanging around my desk that I has been begging to be used. I tried it on a previous project but it didn’t work out so well. But I tried it again and it became the basis of my color choices. Anyone want some rainbow sherbet?

These are the Copic markers I used on Ice Cream Penguin:
E42, 43, 44
R05, 29, 89
BG72, 75, 23, 13
R11, 21, 05, 85, RV14, 13
YR13, 04, 07, 18
Y32, 35, 38, YR24
YG21, 06, 23, 63

The green paper is also Whimsy Stamp paper and then I used the new Mermaid Scales stencil on it with Distress Ink. Then I drew a few of the lines with a green marker near the bottom of the page.

Backyard Houses BBQ and Backyard Houses Garden!  You can choose the objects for the background so they can really be mixed and matched to create your own backyard scene.

Link up one of your favorite creations this week at the Little Miss Muffet Challenges – any project from any company and you’ll have a chance to win a store voucher or being a Customer Appreciation guest this autumn. Plus it’s fun to see all the inspiration!
